The Owner, Felicia Paul is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the IRS on all collections matters. She has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Baruch College - The City University of New York and has over 13 years of financial and accounting experience working various positions for both profit and non-profit companies. She has acquired a good foundation of knowledge that has helped individuals and businesses save on taxes and increased their bottom-line. Austin is a leader in supporting small businesses, and as a native New Yorker and her love for mom and pop businesses, it’s the reason she has chosen it to be the business home for Financial Fixation.
